We are told in Luke 24:51, While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. It doesn’t say He blessed them and then was taken up. It says that while He was blessing them, He was taken up. That means that He is still blessing us. Scripture even tells us that He is now seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. As believers we are truly blessed. The greatest blessing of all being the salvation that has been given us through Jesus Christ. In this message we are reminded of these truths and the reality that it is the heart of the Father to bless.
