The origin of death can be traced back to the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve willfully disobeyed the Father. It has wreaked havoc and great sorrow on mankind ever since. One of the greatest tragedies of the fall in the garden was the broken fellowship it brought between us and God. The good news though is that Jesus defeated it through His death and resurrection. This is what Easter is really all about. God providing a way for us to be brought back into fellowship with Him.
