All through the Bible we find God calling out to mankind and saying, Come.” He has been inviting us back to Him ever since the fall in the Garden of Eden. We even find this truth in the last book, the last chapter on the last page of the Bible. In Revelation 22:17 we read, “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.” The wonderful truth of Easter, is that Jesus is alive. He defeated death, hell and the grave and now we have the promise of eternal life through Him.
